I use an app called insight timer. It's equip with guided meditations and it lets me know who's meditating with me.
Awareness of our own thoughts, learning to move away from the distractions like TV programing allow us to become more open to what our creator has to offer.
First we must take a look at our mindset. Are we locked into one particular belief? Are we able to bend in the wind? Are we open to listening to our own intuition?
