A type of meditation that exist are called mantras. There are hundreds of them.
mantras are tools of power and tools for power. 'Mana's' means mind and 'Tra' means protect or break free from.
In saying mantras we break free from the mind. To get started, I like to practice with Matras for Precarious Times
Om Shree Dhanvantre Namaha mantra helps us find the right path to healing and directs us to the right health practitioner.
This mantra also prevent disease or aid in healing for those who are sick.
It can be chanted for any situation by the one who likes to be healed or mended.
The mind expands, deepens and widens and dips into the essence of cosmic existence. Along the way the mind understands the essence of vibration of things. Knowledge is power, mantras are power and tangible.
Mantras dig deep into the subconcious crystallized thoughts stored in the organs and glands and transform body parts into peace.
My most favorite mantras are
OM Namah Shivaya- I honor the divinity within myself. This builds self confidence and reminds us we are made of Devine energy.
OM Gum Ganapatayei Namah- I draw on this mantra when I am facing big challenges especially now that I'm traveling.
