Weekly Drop of Wisdom-Cederwood

Lately I’ve started working out.

Even though I feel better and look better, working out to achieve a health goal makes me anxious. In the past year I guess I have accomplished a lot of things.

In the past five months I’ve been restructuring my life’s intention. With more exams to take  in the new year, that level of anxiousness can start to accumulate.

I’m a perpetual thinker and do’er. Sitting still waiting for life to happen isn’t my thing.

I’ve been learning to just trust the process and be in the flow.

When really I’m asking myself, when is the ‘Flow’ going to Flow faster.

In the past two months I’ve been entering into a new career path.

Something I just made up. Corporate Flying Acupunturist aka Holistic CFA(Corporate Flight Attendant).

Over the past 10 years I’ve lived at sea on yachts and treated several people with Acupuncture. Now I’m ready to take this experience 50,000 feet.

This has never been done before.

I know without a doubt that biggest decision makers in the world are heavy thinkers and A type personalities.

According to TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Acupuncture yields significant results that promote and improve sleep, pain and relaxation.

The toughest battle is getting my foot in the door when the industry values beauty over brains. 🧠

Most recently, I treated two die hard professionals privately. Being in practice has never felt so good.

I combine essential oils and Acupuncture 🎋using a specific protocol and technique that essentially floats one’s ‘Zen’ state to a different dimension.

Though, there are many things that promote relaxation, one thing I found that really helps me stay motivated, is dōTERRA’s Cedarwood essential oil.

I massage one to two drops onto my chest to help maintain vitality throughout my day. I see it work in my private clients from around the world.

With properties that help to soothe the mind and body, the warm, woody scent of Cedarwood essential oil 🌱can create a relaxing environment when used topically or aromatically.

Most all my protocols consist of a face up and face down treatment. When face down I include cedarwood essential oil to the spine as they fit the tongue and pulse diagnosis.

The easiest way to get this oil in your system is to diffuse it.

After a long day, diffuse to create a calming environment or apply one to two drops to the bottom of your child’s feet to help soothe and calm them when they wake up frightened.

Not only is it used to help you have feelings of calmness💆🏽‍♀️, it also helps keep your skin looking healthy.

I also use this oil as apart of my facial routine by adding one to two drops to your facial toner or moisturizer to promote clear, healthy looking skin. I believe looking 20 at 40 has a lot to do with the decreased stress levels by using essential oils, frequently meditating and using natures essence.
