In the past year I could have been in the most vulnerable state of all time. Not the entire year but for a good part of it. You see, I’m an A-Type personality. I set high standards and goals. If you knew me personally you would think that I just want to do everything and that I’ve done just about everything.

Being vulnerable means not being able to carry out normal daily functions. (Which happens when we are experiencing period pain.

Being vulnerable is the most honest thing you can be. It means letting go and being ok with feeling the good and the bad and the not so cool and then...letting others see it too (uff tough for me).

When I hide or deny parts of my life, I’m not being honest with myself or other people.

Today, I write from my chair by the pool, excited to share with you how to travel the world in the most luxurious way.  

Traveling is in my blood. My dad was military and we lived all over the world. That’s when I had a taste of wanderlust. You too can live this life of luxury and see the world if you are ready to pick up and do YOU.

In the UK a lot of college graduates take a year out to travel and work. It’s just the norm. We hardly hear about work travel opportunities in the States.

Yacht Life: Live on a yacht like those crazies on Below Deck. 😂 Yachting is tough. It’s a small industry and you do have to prove yourself. I got placed through Bluewater Recruitment Agency

Cruiseships: I had a blast as an Acupuncturist on Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam. Crew work long hrs and sometimes have long contracts. However, everyone makes the best of it.

Join The Military: That’s what I did. Primarly for college money. I wanted to get ahead in life. My military career was a scarifice and rewarding at the same time. It paid for medical school and gave me a chance to regroup and plan out what I really wanted to do with my life.

Yep, I’m not talking about the commerical kind of flight attendant. I’m talking about the kind that fly on private jets.

If you meet yourself would you like yourself?

Right now you are taking personal inventory. Observing, looking back at what you set yourself up for and checking in with how and where you are at achieving that goal. 

Why is this important? 

Well, we get to look at what kind of distractions are taking us away from being in the flow. In the past month, I have had the pleasure of working with a coach.

With my coach I have learned how to become more aware of where I am and what's going on in my body. 

Why is this important? Well if you ever wondered why we experience pain and discomfort and wonder why or how we acquired this pain and discomfort, we can find that answer by just being more aware of how we are feeling. 

Chinese Medicine suggests that when the body is in pain, there is stagnation. With treatment, using specific acupuncture points we can move that pain and feel freer.

What creates that pain, to begin with? Long-term Stress, anxiety, pensiveness.

So many things to do in so little time. My friend all we have is time and time is our most precious currency. 

Why stay stuck in a relationship, in a 9-5 that you don't love or just being unhappy?

What if we sacrifice our will and desire for a more fulfilling way of living by surrendering the mind to a more soulful experience?

Hey, true strength comes through letting go. 

I've held back not feeling good enough to do what I love to do.

I would keep my self up at night thinking about how to do all these things I've been wanting to do. When, if I would just open my eyes and ears the answer would be right in front of my face.  

You see, day after day little Sienna sings Let it go from the Disney Movie Frozen. It goes a little like this. 

Let It Go Let It Go,

Can't hold it back anymore

Let it go let it go

Turn away and slam the door

I don't care what they're going to say

Let the storm rage on

The cold never bothered me anyway. 

Hell Yeah, let that shit go! 

I remember being told work hard and your efforts will reward you. Well I've worked hard all my life. Now, I much rather be in the flow. 

My colleague on the ship left me this note one day. Highly illegal. But it made my day and worth the risk. Motivation can come in the form of a little note like this.

Want a little extra help? Sometimes we have to find that motivation our self. I slap on some essential oils, go for a run in the morning and get to blocking out my day, my week and my month.

As I am writing this blog I can't help but feel so passionate about what life has for me next.

In fact, I put on this essential oil that not only makes me feel grounded, but one that invites us to live by trusting the abundant flow. 

I bet you didn't think essential oils had this kind of power. Believe me, they support us mentally and physically.

In fact, everyone I've ever used essential oils on is so blissed out and their mindset shifts from feeling shitty to feeling something else.

There are three reasons why I would move to New Zealand in a heartbeat. Can you guess them?

1.) That’s where Keith Urban is from and that’s what I want
2.) Its the home to International Dark Sky Reserve, which is one of the best stargazing sites on earth.
3.) It's where Manuka is indigenous to.

There will be detours and experiences that keep you from observing yourself. Observing gives birth to understanding. Order is born from understanding disorder. Be still and become more self aware. Return to your meditative state, even for a moment to create what you want to feel and what that feeling really feels like.


Experience each thought and and feeling and then feel what its like to let it go. Live in that moment, in that moment you are creating. Your thoughts are vibration. They are alive and the universe is responding to your every thought.


This is like taking 100% responsibility of the decisions we made and what we subconsciously created. Nobody owes you anything. Be present to the disorder, it brings the knowledge of different possibilities and a different order of things.


You are a conscious being living among unconscious and selfish humans. Something happened to them and then you came along with all this bright light and unconditional love.

oday I write from my amazing cabin en route to Alaska. After four days at sea we learned that Nicaragua is in civil unrest. Our schedule port day has turned into another day at sea.

After a spin class I felt the desire to offer my thoughts and reflection on this deliberate life I’m learning how to create while listing to Tony Robins 2018 UPW playlist. Thinking back on a conversation I had with a guest earlier this week, I’m often asked how have I done so many things in my life yet be so young?

 

I smile and reply by saying, ‘My passion to transform other human being’s lives transcend through my curiosity to have many life’s experiences’.

 

I continued to share, you know I’m forty years old this year. I sometimes feel like I’m behind. So many younger humans are growing much faster than I. Then I asked,

 

‘what is being forty years old like?’ To my one guest full of wisdom and curiosity at the same time.
