Three Things That Transmute weakeness Into Power

FullSizeRender.jpg

There will be detours and experiences that keep you from observing yourself. Observing gives birth to understanding. Order is born from understanding disorder. Be still and become more self aware. Return to your meditative state, even for a moment to create what you want to feel and what that feeling really feels like.

Experience each thought and and feeling and then feel what its like to let it go. Live in that moment, in that moment you are creating. Your thoughts are vibration. They are alive and the universe is responding to your every thought.

This is like taking 100% responsibility of the decisions we made and what we subconsciously created. Nobody owes you anything. Be present to the disorder, it brings the knowledge of different possibilities and a different order of things.

You are a conscious being living among unconscious and selfish humans. Something happened to them and then you came along with all this bright light and unconditional love.

Living Deliberately on Purpose

oday I write from my amazing cabin en route to Alaska. After four days at sea we learned that Nicaragua is in civil unrest. Our schedule port day has turned into another day at sea.

After a spin class I felt the desire to offer my thoughts and reflection on this deliberate life I’m learning how to create while listing to Tony Robins 2018 UPW playlist. Thinking back on a conversation I had with a guest earlier this week, I’m often asked how have I done so many things in my life yet be so young?

I smile and reply by saying, ‘My passion to transform other human being’s lives transcend through my curiosity to have many life’s experiences’.

I continued to share, you know I’m forty years old this year. I sometimes feel like I’m behind. So many younger humans are growing much faster than I. Then I asked,

‘what is being forty years old like?’ To my one guest full of wisdom and curiosity at the same time.

He’s reply surprised me and set me off in a gaze into the view from my life size panoramic treatment room window.

Most times my guest have this curiosity about Chinese Medicine. This guest in particular appeared to be a messenger and shared these incredible words of wisdom.

Eastern Approach to Love

This week has been an incredible day at sea. We are on an Irish charter but most of my guest are American. Except for this one special lady.

She came into my wonderful office at sea with bright eyes and curiosity about how to treat her leg pain. I see leg pain daily, nothing unusual. Infact its the most common condition I see in my field. Within about three days the issue is resolved.

Our first treatment together was successful, however something strange happened in the moment of her second treatment with me. She was in tears on the table, sobbing. She wasn’t crying because she was in pain. It was a different kind of cry. Something deeper, more emotional.

I quicky checked my schedule for my next guest and ran back to attend to my guest needs.

IMG_8455.JPG

I asked, what else is going on. She replied,

“My husband passed seven months ago. Its strange that I am having a breakdown because I’ve been holding everything together.”

The body has a funny way of dealing with pain. Infact emotional pain pierces through our physical body and affects The musculoskeletal system. It was clear that moving the physical pain triggered emotional pain. This is the best thing that could happen in a treatment and my guest agreed.

I love how eastern medicine approaches the body mind and spirit and one entity. They are not seprate but one in the same.

Healing begins with healing the heart. After I had quickly removed the needles I addresses a new protocol, guided my guest through a breathing meditation.

Acupuncture pierces the heart, the soul and heals the body in such an elloquent way. With love kindness and hope, when western medicine over medicates us with pills to cover up the pain.

No matter where we come from, how long the journey or how hard we fall, our soul our spirit needs love just as much as the human living in it.

How do you soar when limiting beliefs weight you down?

While I visited Sarasota for the first time, my mind had been shifting through thoughts and emotions.

I have been in between several thoughts of how to move forward in life. I'm am preparing for an adventure, that will take me back on a journey into far away places.

Yet, I struggle  letting go of things that don't serve me. Have you ever been there before?

There is growth in letting go. Letting go of a relationship, stagnate feelings, negative thoughts about money.

IMG_8321.JPG

The gift is in the freedom of knowing that what serves you is your ability to not let your emotions rule you and releasing what's holding you back from what you are meant to be.

Honestly, negative beliefs has shut me down.

Using the "Decoding Your Beliefs" make a list of your personal negative beliefs. You can carry on adding any negative beliefs to your list as they come to you at a later stage. To see how those limiting beliefs have unnecessarily hampered your success, you could choose to write an example of when any such belief has prevented you from doing or achieving something you wanted. For example a belief like "I am bad with money" or "I am a spendthrift" is likely to have left you with a rather unhealthy bank balance.

Take this statement, turn it around and make it a possitive.

"I have an abundance of financial wealth". "Money is energy that flows freely" . 'My bank account is healthy, and 'The service I provide is valuable'. 'Others need me and need my services.'

I believe in you and the being you are created to be in service to this world.

Reverse the aging process- Travel

IMG_0066.JPG

I admit, I've been living under a rock for two years. Partly because of this buring desire to run my home based business so I could live a life of travel.

The last time I lived out of a suitcase was when I worked on private yachts as a Chief Stewardess back in 2012.

The moment I made the decision to hop in my car, travel cross country with no intentions to ever  return to the old stale life, I literally gained 10 year of my life back.

Traveling keeps us curious, young and full of laughter. Our mind is stimulated with wonder.  Im creating that life right now.  I took a trip cross country from Fl to LA in late November.

Several epic experienced and stories along my journey makes me crave more.

The first big deal was a nights stay in an Airbnb on Earthship Way in Taos New Mexico. Acupuncture Bishop introduced me to this way of life years ago.

I'm all about sustainable living and living off grid. Living in an Earthship put all that into perspective. On Earthship Way, one can attend training to build a home

out of recycled materials and dirt making a home look totally one of a kind and perfect for all kind of tempratures.

It took us about four years to visit one. Most importantly we finally did and I'm still convinced this is what I want to build in the next three years. Now I live to share the experience. I can imagine a whole community built this way. I'm convinced it will solve the homeless problem and create more concious living creatures.

The home makes its own water, has a green house inside, insulated with tires, dirt and glass bottles. Walls made of adobe and geographicly situated to keep the home warm during the night and cool during the day.

Can't stand the cold? Neither can I, but I love the way snow looks. On the day of arrival we experienced the first snow fall of the year. I was still able to do yoga in some hot pants and stay warm.

This is what life was like the first day. We almost got my little hot ride  Lexus  CT stuck😳 .

Are you experiencing side effects you never had?

Are you experiencing side effects you never had?

Welcome to experiencing age. I know it's a jagged little pill. Accepting change can be a pain but hey the good news, theirs a light at the end of the tunnel, we just have to keep following that light.

I often hear others talk about the meds they are on and then all the side effect that come with it long after they have been taking them. Trust me I've been their. Living with years of chronic UTI infections I couldn't handle anymore antibiotics. My body said enough!

It has been a journey no doubt learning what I can and can not eat and what my body will and will not accept. Their are three things I want you to remember when you feel like you have lost hope.

Eastern Medicine

1.Eastern Medicine is real, it works and you can get relief from it- on periscope teach and show others how this crazy invisible system works. It's not complicated instead it's very elaborate. Eastern medicine looks the symptoms and starts pealing the layers back to get to the root cause. For example,If you are dealing with heat in the body, we elect points that clear hear and nourish. In nature when it's hot, it rains to cool the temperature down. Maybe not is all places, however through adaptation some cultures are more tolerant of heat and adapt to the environment. Observing the change in our body helps us bring the body back into balance.  Would you like to know how to find a physician close to you? Their are over 30000 in the U.S. Who can help you. I can show you just how to find one. But first sign up for my free Guide The Truth About Chinese Medicine. I want you to have the full story before you experience your first treatment.

Natures Choice

2.Natures choice- is available to you in the form of oils, dry herbs and food therapy. Synthetic food and medicine were created to for 1. make money and for 2. to keep you coming back for more. Most TCM physicians end up making their clients better that they don't ever have to come back for months even years later. If you knew how to fix yourself with the right foods and herbal imagine....I take all the guess work out of what supplements to buy and how to get results. At the end of the day what works for you might not work for someone else. To get to the root we got to be specific. I work with people all around the world. Want to give it a try? I invite you to the Qi of Life Holistic Circle on Facebook. Where you can Q&A me about anything and I'll address it in a FB live video.

Mindset

3. Developing a mindset that's focused on optimal healing is above all else the starting point. You have to know and believe their is a better way, an answer and that the right people are being placed in your path to help you. Get real with your intentions, go to that space and ask God for clarity.  You see Acupuncture isn't Acupuncture without Qigong. You are not you with all the stress and distractions in your life. That's why I created my signature program, Eternal Wellness. Even the Emperors had a physician for a coach to help them understand the meaning of life. I invite you to work with me.

You are created for greatness, not just for existence. You are intricately designed with well over 360 points, more than enough micro systems all designed to align you and to keep you connected to your devine power.
