How do you soar when limiting beliefs weight you down?

While I visited Sarasota for the first time, my mind had been shifting through thoughts and emotions.  

I have been in between several thoughts of how to move forward in life. I'm am preparing for an adventure, that will take me back on a journey into far away places. 

Yet, I struggle  letting go of things that don't serve me. Have you ever been there before? 

There is growth in letting go. Letting go of a relationship, stagnate feelings, negative thoughts about money.

The gift is in the freedom of knowing that what serves you is your ability to not let your emotions rule you and releasing what's holding you back from what you are meant to be.

Honestly, negative beliefs has shut me down.  

Using the "Decoding Your Beliefs" make a list of your personal negative beliefs. You can carry on adding any negative beliefs to your list as they come to you at a later stage. To see how those limiting beliefs have unnecessarily hampered your success, you could choose to write an example of when any such belief has prevented you from doing or achieving something you wanted. For example a belief like "I am bad with money" or "I am a spendthrift" is likely to have left you with a rather unhealthy bank balance.

Take this statement, turn it around and make it a possitive. 

"I have an abundance of financial wealth". "Money is energy that flows freely" . 'My bank account is healthy, and 'The service I provide is valuable'. 'Others need me and need my services.'
