I am so excited about this recipe cranberry sauce, this one looks like an easy one to me. I like this recipe because it reminds me of  the holiday season on vacation in some exotic tropical location.  Leave it up to Christy Brown to create a recipe that resembles her travels to some of the most exotic places in the world.

Coconut sugar

I use lime oil all the time. Lime is a citrus tart and sweet oil it supports the immune functions of the body, It is refreshing and stimulating.  Lime oil can be used as an aromatic topical and internal cleanser. It promotes emotional balance and well-being. Lime is frequently used entrée and beverages for their fresh citrus flavor. You can use this oil in a diffuser to lift your mood, on a cotton ball to help remove greasy spot and sticker residue, you can add it to your water for enhance flavor, and you can add it to your facial cleanser or shampoo to improve the cleansing process.

I want to make sure that when you use essential oils you are using them efficiently. I suggest,when using lime oil take caution if you had skin sensitivity, keep out of the reach of children, if you are pregnant nursing are under doctors care, design physician. Avoid contact with eyes in your ears and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight or UHF to 12 hours after playing line boil.

Water 2c


Brown sugar 1 c

Coconut sugar 1 c

Raw sugar 2c

Directions: in a medium saucepan on medium high combine water and brown sugar. Then add Essential oils. After 5 mins add coconut sugar and raw sugar stir with a non stick rubber spatula let simmer for 10 min or until reduced then turn off stove and set aside to cool before covering and placing in the refrigerator over night
