If You Look Back On The Past Year, Did You Get What You Wanted?
In the past year have you achieved the goals that you set yourself up to achieve?
Are you living your passion? Your dream?
If you meet yourself would you like yourself?
Right now you are taking personal inventory. Observing, looking back at what you set yourself up for and checking in with how and where you are at achieving that goal.
Why is this important?
Well, we get to look at what kind of distractions are taking us away from being in the flow. In the past month, I have had the pleasure of working with a coach.
With my coach I have learned how to become more aware of where I am and what's going on in my body.
Why is this important? Well if you ever wondered why we experience pain and discomfort and wonder why or how we acquired this pain and discomfort, we can find that answer by just being more aware of how we are feeling.
Chinese Medicine suggests that when the body is in pain, there is stagnation. With treatment, using specific acupuncture points we can move that pain and feel freer.
What creates that pain, to begin with? Long-term Stress, anxiety, pensiveness.
So many things to do in so little time. My friend all we have is time and time is our most precious currency.
Why stay stuck in a relationship, in a 9-5 that you don't love or just being unhappy?
What if we sacrifice our will and desire for a more fulfilling way of living by surrendering the mind to a more soulful experience?
Hey, true strength comes through letting go.
I've held back not feeling good enough to do what I love to do.
I would keep my self up at night thinking about how to do all these things I've been wanting to do. When, if I would just open my eyes and ears the answer would be right in front of my face.
You see, day after day little Sienna sings Let it go from the Disney Movie Frozen. It goes a little like this.

I remember being told work hard and your efforts will reward you. Well I've worked hard all my life. Now, I much rather be in the flow.
Want a little extra help? Sometimes we have to find that motivation our self. I slap on some essential oils, go for a run in the morning and get to blocking out my day, my week and my month.
As I am writing this blog I can't help but feel so passionate about what life has for me next.

What if I told you that caring for your body is the least important thing about your health?

We need to treat the root cause. What really makes the body sick are unhealthy relationships, unhealthy environments, poor mental health.
If you are suffering from what plagues your world you can write the perception for your self. Its a recipe that comes from one of the five branches of Chinese Medicine. That prescription is in the application of essential oils daily.
Essential oils assist us in taking an honest look within ourself. The create the environment for healing. They prepare our emotional soul so the yuck an muck can be removed with ease. When we combine the oils with emotional work we reap the fruits of our labor.
For example, Birch is a tree that is tall, therefore it is the oil of support.
It helps us feel supported when we feel unsupported by friends and family.
It helps us feel rooted, helps individuals face trials so they can stand strong like a tall tree.
Birch teaches us that there is more to life than pain and with the right support, one can be held up and sustained.
