School is starting your rushing around to get supplies, clothes, preparing after school plans and PTA meetings.

Since schools make lunch for kids, we tend to turn a blind eye to what our kids should be eating  

Does preventative care sound like too much work? 

A recent study says most people think preventive care is expensive, they don’t know what they need and some people don’t make it a priority.

Here are a collection of juice recipes that can also be made as smoothies when using a high powered blender. They are titled according to their function. Liver Juice or Smoothie Twice a day for fourteen days 2 c broccli with stem 1/4 green cabbage large green apple whole peeled lemon with pith and seeds half cup off blueberries

Intestine Cleaner Juice/ smoothie

1 lemon peeled with pith pith is where the phytonutrients are 3 radish 5 celery stalk 2 green apples 2 cloves of garlic

If I"m in a rush and I just can't possibly make a smoothie I'll grab my vega one because it has 20g of protein and 6 servings of greens. Gluten free, soy free, dairy free, sugar free.  It's the least I can do when I'm pressed for time.
