The Ancient Rite of Death and Rebirth

I am about to bleed with the full moon. It feels so good to rub my womb in circles and spirals. I feel grateful for being a woman and all the reflections I have that remind me again and again to return to this feminine essence. I am on the path. I am always learning. I intend to stay humble while aligning my womb’s power with love and playing a whole lot as she cycles, sheds and enacts the ancient rite of death and rebirth. Repost from @lunarfossil

In modern times we have forgotten the moon practice; we work too much, sleep too little and overstimulate. One of my mentors, Dr. Roger Jahnke, a Qigong Master once discussed that medicine is something that well people have inside. We have access to healing within ourselves.

If you are feeling intense energy that’s throwing your whole world through a loop you are not alone. Reach out for support when you need it.

Practice a lot of self care and talk about your needs.

Is it possible to gain health and harmony from following the ebbs and flows of the moon cycle? I'd encourage you to proceed with an open mind and to give the practice a try. Observe like a Sage. Collect data like a Scientist. Practice as a Student. Flow like a Goddess.

I Invite you to into our community of women who are learning about the sacredness of our moon cycle.
