Today, I write from my chair by the pool, excited to share with you how to travel the world in the most luxurious way.
Traveling is in my blood. My dad was military and we lived all over the world. That’s when I had a taste of wanderlust. You too can live this life of luxury and see the world if you are ready to pick up and do YOU.
In the UK a lot of college graduates take a year out to travel and work. It’s just the norm. We hardly hear about work travel opportunities in the States.
What are your options?
Yacht Life: Live on a yacht like those crazies on Below Deck. 😂 Yachting is tough. It’s a small industry and you do have to prove yourself. I got placed through Bluewater Recruitment Agency
Cruiseships: I had a blast as an Acupuncturist on Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam. Crew work long hrs and sometimes have long contracts. However, everyone makes the best of it.
Join The Military: That’s what I did. Primarly for college money. I wanted to get ahead in life. My military career was a scarifice and rewarding at the same time. It paid for medical school and gave me a chance to regroup and plan out what I really wanted to do with my life.
Corporate Flight Attendant: Fly on a private jet with an owner or for a charter company.
Yep, I’m not talking about the commerical kind of flight attendant. I’m talking about the kind that fly on private jets.
You are probably wondering, “Antonika, how did you come up with this idea?” I was reminded of the opportunity.
You are probably think, wow you do everything. Well actually, I have lived a very experienced life. By no means does this mean that I won’t practice Acupuncture. In fact being an Acupuncturist makes the deal sweeter. Because of this addition to my bag of tricks, I can take Acupuncture to the next level and show you places Chinese Medicine can take you.

If You Look Back On The Past Year, Did You Get What You Wanted?
In the past year have you achieved the goals that you set yourself up to achieve?
Are you living your passion? Your dream?
If you meet yourself would you like yourself?
Right now you are taking personal inventory. Observing, looking back at what you set yourself up for and checking in with how and where you are at achieving that goal.
Why is this important?
Well, we get to look at what kind of distractions are taking us away from being in the flow. In the past month, I have had the pleasure of working with a coach.
With my coach I have learned how to become more aware of where I am and what's going on in my body.
Why is this important? Well if you ever wondered why we experience pain and discomfort and wonder why or how we acquired this pain and discomfort, we can find that answer by just being more aware of how we are feeling.
Chinese Medicine suggests that when the body is in pain, there is stagnation. With treatment, using specific acupuncture points we can move that pain and feel freer.
What creates that pain, to begin with? Long-term Stress, anxiety, pensiveness.
So many things to do in so little time. My friend all we have is time and time is our most precious currency.
Why stay stuck in a relationship, in a 9-5 that you don't love or just being unhappy?
What if we sacrifice our will and desire for a more fulfilling way of living by surrendering the mind to a more soulful experience?
Hey, true strength comes through letting go.
I've held back not feeling good enough to do what I love to do.
I would keep my self up at night thinking about how to do all these things I've been wanting to do. When, if I would just open my eyes and ears the answer would be right in front of my face.

I remember being told work hard and your efforts will reward you. Well I've worked hard all my life. Now, I much rather be in the flow.
Want a little extra help? Sometimes we have to find that motivation our self. I slap on some essential oils, go for a run in the morning and get to blocking out my day, my week and my month.
As I am writing this blog I can't help but feel so passionate about what life has for me next.

We are not failing at life, we just need to keep practicing how to make better decisions in life and learning how to become so aware that we are creating what we want and not getting stuck in the creation of what we don't want.
